The original/first print poster was printed on vellum paper stock, and measures approx.  14" X 20".  There is a union printing logo (#72) that appears in the lower left corner.  It is a relatively rare and expensive poster.

The second print poster, an authorized reprint, was printed on uncoated index paper stock.  The aforementioned union printing credit does not appear on this poster, however "Printing by West Coast Lithograph" appears at the bottom of the poster.  This poster measures approx.  13 3/4" X 20", and was printed in early 1967.

The third print poster, printed by Wes Wilson, was printed on uncoated index stock. The words "Andy Warhol and His Plastic Inevitable" are hot pink on this poster (not white).  The printing credit "c Wes Wilson BG-8-3/PS 33" appears in the lower left corner.  This poster measures approx.  14" X 20", and was printed in 1993.

The original handbill was printed prior to the shows on very thin paper, and measures approx.  5 1/2" X 8 1/2".  There are four variations as follows,

Type A  bright pink paper, blank reverse
Type B  pale pink paper, newspaper review reverse
Type C  pale green paper, newspaper review reverse
Type D  goldenrod paper, newspaper review reverse

The postcard measures approx.  5" x 8", and was printed in early 1967. The colors of this card match the colors of the original and second print posters. The printing of this card was authorized by Bill Graham.

The reprint postcard measures approx.  5" X 7", and was printed in 1993. The colors of this card matches the colors of the third print poster, and was printed by Wes Wilson.
