There were two early printings of this poster, one before the shows (1,500 posters), and one very shortly after the shows (1,000 posters).  The posters from these two printings are indistinguishable.  Both were printed on vellum paper stock, both bear "The Bindweed Press, San Francisco" printing credit, and both measure approx.  14 1/4" X 20".  We consider any FD 23 poster with the Bindweed credit to be an original.

The third print poster, an authorized reprint, was printed on uncoated index paper stock.  The notation "No. 23-3" appears in the lower left corner of this poster, and it measures approx.  14 1/4" X 20 1/2".  This poster was most
probably printed in 1967.

The original handbill was printed prior to the shows on very thin paper, and measures approx.  8 1/2" X  11".  There are two distinct variations, the scans of which are on the website.  The handbill with the dot screen background seems to be quite rare.
