There are two variations of the original/first print poster that were printed for these shows.  They both measure approx.  12 3/4" x 21 1/2", and are printed on the same paper stock, which matches the paper stock that was used to print the original postcards.  They can be distinguished as follows.

This original/first print poster (we will call it Type A) has a red triangle with a black Family Dog Logo in the upper left corner of the poster.

This original/first print poster (we will call it type B) has a black triangle with a red Family Dog Logo in the upper left corner of the poster. We have not seen a Type B poster, but Jacaeber Kastor of Psychedelic Solution indicates in his collector's list that he has one of these posters. That's good enough for us.  Jacaeber is easily one of the most knowledgeable "poster people" that we know.

The second print poster also has a black triangle with a red Family Dog Logo in the upper left corner, but it was printed on a different paper stock than the Type B first print.  It is easily distinguished by looking at the back of the poster.  The back of the reprint poster is lightly coated (not glossy, but if you hold it at an angle to light, it does have a sheen to it), and is very smooth to the touch.  The original posters are printed on an uncoated stock, and the back of the poster appears dull, even when held at an angle to light.  We have seen a FD 101 & FD D18 proofsheet.  These posters were reprinted side by side.  The paper stock of FD 101-2 & FD D18-2 are identical (as you would expect). In addition, the second print poster measures approx.  12 3/4" x 21 3/4", roughly 1/4" longer than either of the original posters.

There are at least a half dozen variations of the original postcards (which measure 5"-5 3/8" x 7"), which we will not go into here.  We have most of these.  If there is a particular variation that you are seeking, please send us an email or give us a call.  If you purchase a FD D18 card from the website, we will send you the variation that we can most easily get to.
